ConnectGV is a registered NDIS provider committed to providing individualised options for local people with a disability and their families to ensure their goals and dreams can be achieved. The organisation has grown and evolved over the years to become a leading disability service within the Goulburn Valley that offers Individual Supports, Employment and Accommodation. ConnectGV's vision is for a fully inclusive community and to that end it seeks partnerships that allow it to offer many of these options within the local community.


ConnectGV also owns and operates a number of Social Enterprises, namely Billabong Garden Complex, Billabong Sweets and Treats, Flower Power flower deliveries, GV Ragz, ConnectGV Works and it manages the canteen at Mooroopna Primary School. These businesses not only provide quality products and services to the local community, they provide valuable paid employment and training options for people with a disability.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme is the new way of providing individualised support for eligible people with permanent/significant disability, their families and carers.

Coronavirus COVID-19 Information

ConnectGV remains committed to providing participants and families support in any way it can. 

Accommodation Services
In our accommodation services, the guidelines are one visitor per day for only one hour. Please call the facility your family member resides in to arrange your visit prior. Sign in and complete the declaration.

Day Options
In our Day Options we continue to provide support to participants in a variety of ways

If you are able to comply with social distancing:

- you may attend Day Options to participate in face to face activities (Maximum of 20 participants per day)

If you are unable to comply with social distancing:

- 1:1 support can be provided to access the community for the purpose of exercise and grocery shopping or health appointments.

All participants have the option to participate in Online Sessions. This is a great way to stay connected while remaining safe. 
Please note:

- An agreed new schedule of support is required prior to delivery of supports.

- Participants are required to organise transport to and from Day Options

- To assist with scheduling and numbers, please advise of your intent to engage in any of the activities on offer 5 days prior. This enables sufficient time to roster both participants and staff

- No visitors at our Day Options site.


We know it goes without saying but...

If you are unwell please remain home, get tested and follow health authorities advice. We have made it this far and together we can get through the next 6 weeks if we stay vigilant.

We respectfully ask that if you have ANY of the following symptoms:
- Fever
- Cough
- Sore Throat
- Shortness of Breath

***Please refrain from entering any of our sites or sending your loved one in.***

If you suspect you may have COVID-19, please contact the Department of Health and Human Services coronavirus hotline on 1800 675 398 before attending a hospital emergency department or doctor’s appointment.

The best way to help prevent the spread of coronavirus is to practice good hygiene by regularly washing your hands with soap and water, especially before eating and after using the bathroom.
