ConnectGV provides supported accommodation options, outreach support for people living independently and programs to assist you to development the necessary skills to support your accommodation goals as identified in your NDIS plan.
ConnectGV accommodation options are located within a community setting, close to shops and community facilities enabling increased opportunities and independence whilst also providing the individualised support required. Residents are able to enjoy their own space with their visiting family and friends, which has been tailored to their individual needs and style, or can access the spacious and welcoming common indoor living areas, or landscaped gardens.
Modern accommodation units have been built by ConnectGV to provide supported accommodation, where support staff are onsite at all times, for up to six people in each home.
Modern furnishings and appliances ensure a comfortable living situation for residents and pleasant working conditions for staff. Activities are regularly offered and range from backyard BBQ’s in summer, shopping, picnics, fishing trips and other recreational activities including bowling and movies. Day trips to other towns are also regularly enjoyed.
The My Future My Choice accommodation was established to provide 24-hour support, including that of a registered nursery, to up to six young people with a disability that are either living permanently in residential aged care or whose parents are aged 65 years or older.
ConnectGV also provides management and staff support in two Government built facilities where residents need a higher level of support due to behavioural issues.
Support as required is provided to resident in ConnectGV owned community based independent living units and can be provided to those as an outreach service in their own independent accommodation.
ConnectGV's Independent Living Units offer residents the opportunity to live independently however with access to support twice per day should they choose to access this. The units are modern and fully self-contained, each with their own courtyard area. Residents also have the option of utilising the common kitchen and lounge areas.

Programs are provided to assist you to meet the accommodation goals within your NDIS plan. Living skills such as cooking, laundry, money handling, accessing public transport, gardening and more are available to support your goals.
